Remembrance Sunday is a national opportunity to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life. The day and events surrounding it, remembers the Armed Forces, and their families, from Britain and the Commonwealth, and acknowledges the vital role played by the emergency services and those who have lost their lives because of conflict or terrorism. Last year, BWIRHT attended Greater London Authority Remembrance Service at City Hall and marched alongside other Veterans in the Remembrance Parade at the Cenotaph.
